摘要
以染色体组为 Ee Ee 的二倍体长穗偃麦草 (Thinopyrum elongatum,2 n=2 x=1 4)、染色体组为 Eb Eb的二倍体比萨偃麦草 (Th.bessarabicum,2 n=2 x=1 4)、染色体组为 St St St St的四倍体拟鹅冠草 (Pseudoroegneiria strigosa,2 n=4x=2 8)的总基因组 DNA为探针 ,对中间偃麦草 (Th.intermedium)进行 GISH分析。结果表明 ,中间偃麦草是由 2个亲缘关系较近的染色体组、1个亲缘关系较远的染色体组构成 ;中间偃麦草所含的亲缘关系较近的染色体组分别与二倍体长穗偃麦草染色体组 Ee、比萨偃麦草染色体组 Eb、以及 1个亲缘关系较远的染色体组与拟鹅冠草染色体组 St 基本相似 ,但不完全一样。因而 ,中间偃麦草的染色体组用Eet Eet Ebt Ebt St
Thinopyrum intermedium (Th.intermedium) was analysed by Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) with the probes of total genomic DNA of Th.elongatum 2n=2x=14,E eE e, Th.bessarabicum 2n=2x=14,E bE b,and Pseudoroegneria strigosa (Ps.strigosa ),2n=4x=28,S tS tS tS t respectively.The results showed that the genome of Th.intermedium consists of two close related genomes similar to the genome of Th.elongatum and Th.bessarabicum and one distant genome similar to Ps.strigosa .Thus Th.intermedium has the genome formula E e tE e tE b tE b tS tS t.
