摘要
为了切实从管理体制上降低企业经营成本,山西石油系统本着“减少管理层次、降内耗、压费用”的原则,采取积极稳妥、点面结合的工作方针,按照物流的合理流向,结合山西石油流通的实际情况,打破行政区划,以经济区划逐步推进市县一体化管理进程,重构山西成品油流通新体系。
To cut the enterprise's operation cost in the aspect of business mechanism, Shanxi Provincial Petroleum is reforming its refined oil distribution system based on the principle of 'simplifying management levels, reducing internal friction and cutting off cost', employing the policy of 'to carry out the work actively and steadily and both at points and on the whole', arranging reasonable material flow in relation with the province's practical conditions, breaking range of administrational regions, and taking the economical regions as basis to promote the generalization progress of city-county oil distribution network.
