摘要
对铁皮石斛的原生质体、原球茎进行了玻璃化法超低温保存研究 ,存活率分别达 4 8%和 88% .实验结果表明 :材料、预处理、化冻方法。
Cryopreservation of protoplasts and protocorms of Dendrobium candidum by vitrification were studied, their survival rates were 48% and 88% respectively . The results showed that material, pretreatment and some other factors were very important for survival.
