摘要
本文建立了滚锥包络环面蜗杆传动蜗轮的变形协调条件,给出了该种传动受力分析的计算公式以及蜗轮与蜗杆之间滚滑摩擦系数计算公式;以此为基础,推导出滚锥包络环面蜗杆传动啮合效率计算公式;最后,运用上述公式给出了滚锥包络环面蜗杆传动啮合效率的分布规律;分析了啮合效率的影响因素和影响规律;研究工作对于该种传动的设计与制造具有指导意义。
The deformation coordination equation of worm gear for rolling cone worm gearing is introduced, and the formulae of forces analysis and the rolling - and - sliding friction coefficient are given. Based on above - results, formulae of the efficiency for the drive are introduced. Finally, efficiency changes are presented and the effecting factors on efficiency are also discussed. The results are useful in manufacture and design of the drive.
