摘要
采用自制的干摩擦磨损试验机研究了 3种 ZL1 0 1 -Si Cp、Al2 O3p复合材料及对比材料与半金属摩擦材料配副的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明 ,随接触压力的增加 ,材料的磨损率增加 ;随摩擦速度的增加 ,材料的磨损率减小。ZL1 0 1合金的磨损率比复合材料要大近 3个数量级。复合材料的磨损率仅为HT2 5 0的 1 / 3。随接触压力、速度的增加 ,材料的摩擦系数降低。复合材料的摩擦系数与 HT2 5 0的相当 ,摩擦系数稳定性优于 HT2 5 0。
By using self-made dry sliding testing apparatus, the investigations were made on the tribological characteristics of three composites and comparative materials against semi-metallic friction material. The experimental results indicate that with increasing of contact pressure the rate of wear of materials increases and with increasing of sliding speed the rate decreases. The rate of wear of ZL101 alloy is higher than composites about three degrees. The rate of wear of composites is of one third of HT250. With increasing of contact pressure and sliding speed, the frictional coefficient decreases for all of the materials. The frictional coefficient of composites corresponds to that of HT250 and the composites excels HT250 in the stability of frictional coefficient.
