摘要
大豆蛋白纤维是由我国首先实现工业化生产的一种纤维,为了解其织物的风格特点,本文利用KES织物手感仪和YG811织物悬垂仪研究了纯纺、交织等不同类型的再生大豆蛋白质纤维织物的的手感风格和形态风格,并与典型的真丝织物、棉织物和毛织物进行风格对比。结果表明,各种类型的大豆蛋白纤维织物的风格与典型的棉、毛、丝型织物的风格非常相似,尤其以毛型大豆纤维织物的风格仿真效果最好。
Regenerated soybean protein fiber is a new kind of chemical fiber made from residue of soybean whose oil bas been extracted. To understand the hand of its fabrics,the Kawabaia Evaluating System(KES)was used 10 measure, their mechanical properties and their hand was compared with that of typical silk fabric,cotton fabric and wool fabrios.The result shows that the hands of various soybean fabrics are very similar to those of typical silk, cotton and wool fabrics,cspecidlly the wool-like soybean fiber fabric,whose hand is much like thai of wool fabric, is most successfully developed.
