摘要
元朝窝阔台时期 ,耶律楚材定出了一些廉政措施 ,但还不成体系。元世祖制订了一系列廉政措施 ,成宗在廉政建设上虽无多大建树 ,但政治大体清明。成宗以后 ,政治腐败 ,导致元亡。
The measures against corruption, derived from the peried of Wo Guotai as king of the state of Mongolia when they were not systematized, were most perfect in Yun Dynasty when Hu Bilie, an emperor of Yun Dynasty, took power. Although Yun Cheng Cong made little achievement in them,the officialdom showed something of good. Afterwards, the corruption of the officials made the empire ruin.
