摘要
本文分析了煤矿井下可控硅散热的一般方法,提出了用热管对大功率可控硅进行散热的方案,并根据研究及试验结果说明煤矿井下大功率可控硅采用热管散热的可行性和优越性。
In this article,genaral ways of elimination of heat of SCR is analyzed and a new scheme that thermal conductance tubles are used for eliminating heat of large power SCR underground is suggested.The result of research and experiment dedicate that use of thermal conductance tuble in eliminating heat of large power SCR is practicable and commendable than the others
