摘要
                
                    用 He-Ne激光对一株木质素降解活性较高的白腐真菌 L1进行选育 .将该菌的菌丝体和原生质体多次照射诱变 ,结果得出 :在波长 63 2 .5 nm,用功率为 6m W和 7m W照射该菌的菌丝体 ,选育出的菌株 L6 和 L7木质素降解率可达 3 8.1 %和 3 9.88% ,比出发菌株 L1提高了 3 3 %和 3 9% .用功率 9m W的 He-Ne激光辐照原生质体 ,照射 2 0 min时 ,原生质体致死率已达 1 0 0 % .在照射时间为 1 0 min时 ,选育出一株木质素降解率达 43 .0 3 %的菌株 Lx,比出发菌株 L1提高了 5 0 % .同工酶分析显示该菌株发生了稳定的遗传突变 .
                
                White rot fungus L  1 with high lignin degradation rates were bred by He  Ne laser  The mycelia and protoplasts of L  1 were exposed for some times  L  6 and L  7 were bred respectively when the mycelia were exposed by the laser whose wave length was 632  5nm,power was 6mW and 7mW  Their lignin degradation rates were 38  1% and 39  88%,increased by 33% and 39% over L  1 respectively  The lethality rate of L  1 protoplast exposed by He  Ne laser (λ=632  5nm,power=9mW) for 20 minutes was 100%  When exposure time was 10 minutes,L  x were bred  The lignin degradation rate of L  x was 43  03%,increased by 50% over L  1,and the analysis of esterase isozyme showed that L  x was a stable mutant strain
