摘要
与西方发达国家相比，上海是在经济尚欠发达的条件下进入人口老龄化社会的。劳动力年龄结构老化、劳动力规模变动将有可能对上海经济发展产生极为深刻的社会经济影响。运用定量、定性的分析方法对上海市人口老化过程中劳动力供给变动趋势及其社会经济影响作了探析。
In contrast to the developed nations, Shanghai entered the ageing society in spite of the fact that it is still classified as the less developed regions. Therefore, labor’ ageing and the alteration of labor’s scale will probably exert deep influence on socioeconomic development of Shanghai. The paper just proceeds from these two aspects, and applies the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to the probe of the changing trend of labor’s supply in Shanghai and its socioeconomic influence in the course of population ageing.
