摘要
本文研究了射频至微波激发的 Xe和 He-Ne原子激光器及 CO2 分子激光器 ,结合各具体激光器的实验结果对其放电物理进行了讨论 ,提出获得高效率的关键是有效控制放电空间的电子能量 。
In this paper,Xe and He Ne atomic laser and CO 2 molecular laser in RF to microwave excitation have been studied.According to the experimental result of each laser,discharge physics of the high gain space to every laser have been discussed,and put forward the Key of getting high efficiency is how to control the electron energy of discharge space.Finally some results with guiding significance are given.
