摘要
研究了回水对某铜矿选厂磨矿过程、分级过程和浮选过程及指标的影响。结果表明 :回水对螺旋分级机的分级作业影响较大 ,并提出了解决问题的措施 ,对现有选矿厂研究和使用回水及新选厂设计中避免回水的影响具有一定的参考价值。
Influence on grinding process,classification process,flotation process and the indexes by recycle water in one copper concentrator are studied in this paper.The results show the operation of classifiers is mostly affected by recycle water and solutions are provided to handle this problem.The results may be a reference for studying and application of recycle water in existing concentrators and avoiding adverse effects by recycle water in design of new concentrators.
