摘要
通过硬度和磨损试验 ,研究了金刚石含量、粒度、镀覆时间和镀后热处理对金刚石复合镀层耐磨性的影响 ,并据此筛选了最佳镀覆工艺。试验结果表明 ,在最佳镀覆条件下 ,金刚石复合镀层的硬度高达HV1889,为Ni P化学镀层的 2 .8倍。耐磨性提高更多 ,可达Ni P化学镀层的 16倍以上。还探讨了金刚石复合镀层的耐磨机理。
By means of hardness and abrasive wear tests, the influence of diamond content, particle size, plating time and post heat treatment (PHT) on abrasive resistance of diamond nickel phosphorus electroless plating has been investigated. According to the obtained results, the optimun diamond content, particle size, plating thickness and PHT process have been selected. The experimental results also showed that, under the optimun conditions, the hardness of diamond nickel phosphorus electroless plating reached HV1889, being 2.8 times of that of Ni P electroless plating. The abrasive resistance was improved much more, probably reaching more than 16 times of that of Ni P electroless plating. In addition, as the diamond nickel phosphorus electroless plating possessed good heat conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance, it could be used for greatly improving the service life of cast plastic dies and cold working dies. The mechanism of abrasive resistance of diamond nickel phosphorus electroness plating was also discussed.
