摘要
复合式平衡齿轮泵是将内外齿轮泵融为一体的新型液压泵 .流量均匀性是泵的重要品质指标之一 .复合齿轮泵的流量均匀性决定于诸啮合点的运动规律 .分析了中心轮和惰轮齿数特性变化对啮合点运动规律的影响 ,对中心轮齿数是否为 3的倍数和惰轮齿数奇偶性 4种可能性的组合 ,以及流量特性作了严格的数学分析和比较 ,得出了中心轮齿数不是 3的倍数且惰轮齿数为偶数条件下流量均匀性最好的结论 .另外对复合齿轮泵的其它基本理论作了简要介绍 .
Balanced compound gear pump is a new king of hydraulic pump which combines ring gear with external gear pump. Its flow uniformity, as one of the important performance parameters of pump, depends on the movement regularity of the engaged points. Considering four types of possible combinations including that the number of sun gear teeth is multiplied by 3 or not, and that number of idler teeth is odd or even, the authors investigate the influence of teeth characteristics of sun gear and idler on movement regularity of engaged points. From mathematical analysing of the flow characteristics, good flow uniformity comes true on condition that the number of sun gear teeth is not multiplied by 3 and number of idler teeth is even. The paper also presents fundamentals of compound gear pump in brief.
