疲劳时大鼠智力的变化及中药的调节作用 被引量:2

Experimental Study on the Changes of Intelligence and the Effect of Chinese Medicine on the Improvement of Intelligence in Rats after Intensive Training

摘要 通过对慢性疲劳大鼠学习记忆情况的测定,结合对大鼠脑组织能荷的测定,研究疲劳后记忆的改变,并探讨中药元气精华抗疲劳和改善记忆的作用及药效学机制。结果:中药治疗组学习成绩提高比模型对照组和空白对照组有明显提高,而与人参皂甙组无统计学差异,说明中药能改善大脑疲劳状态,提高学习记忆能力,效果与人参皂甙组接近。中药治疗组学习中出错次数比模型对照组和人参皂甙组明显减少,说明中药制剂元气精华能改善大鼠记忆巩固程度,且效果优于人参皂甙。同时,模型对照组的能荷值明显低于安静对照组的能荷值,说明大鼠经过一定量的负荷运动后,其脑组织中AMP氧化磷酸化减少,细胞内高能磷酸化合物分解增加,ATP含量减少,脑能量耗竭,提示大鼠处于疲劳状态。中药治疗组脑能荷值比模型对照组有明显提高,而与人参皂甙组无统计学差异,说明中药制剂元气精华能降低脑代谢率,使脑能量代谢状态得以改善,效果与人参皂甙组接近。研究结果表明:大强度训练会影响大脑能量代谢,使智力降低;而中药制剂元气精华可以改善大脑能量代谢,提高智力。 The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the changes of memory and the effect of Chinese medicine Yuanqijinghua recipe on the improvement of memory in rats after intensive training. At the same time, the energy charge of its brain was observed. The result showed that the group using Chinese medicine Yuanqijinghua recipe made much more progress in study than the model group and the control group. But there wasn't statistical difference with the group using ginseng saponin. The energy charge of model group was much lower than that of control group. It was because that the oxidative phosphorylation of AMP reduced a lot and the content of ATP in a rat's brain lowered down. The energy charge in the brain of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of model group, but it was not statistically different from the ginseng group. It was proved that cerebral function could be disturbed by the heavy exercise and the Chinese medicine of Yuanqijinghua recipe could improve the energy metabolism of brain.
