摘要
本文利用矮孟牛中一种新型小麦 -黑麦复杂易位 IRS· 7DS,1BL· 7DL与 1BL· 1RS易位所构建的一套重组自交系 (包括 10 9个 F6株系 )和 8个矮孟牛衍生品种进行了分析 ,结果表明在 10 9个F6株系中 ,纯合复杂易位占 69个 ,纯合 1BL· 1RS占 36个 ,二者比例约 2∶ 1,杂合类型占 4个 ,出现频率 4 / 10 9;对矮孟牛 8个衍生品种的分析表明 ,6个品种包含来自矮孟牛的复杂易位 ,占供试品种75 % ,1个品种为 1BL· 1RS,另 1个品种染色体结构正常。小麦 -黑麦复杂易位可以稳定传递给杂交后代 ,并具有明显高于 1BL·
In order to clarify the transmission characteristics and genetic effects of the new complex translocation designating as 1RS·7DS, 1BL·7DL found in Chinese winter wheat germplasm 'Aimengniu'(AMN), a set of RILs developed from cross between the complex translocation and 1BL·1RS and 8 AMN derivatives were analyzed by chromosome C banding. The results indicated that the complex translocation showed a higher transmission rate compared to 1BL·1RS. Of the 109 lines surveyed, 69 lines contain the homozygous complex translocation, 36 with homozygous 1BL·1RS and only four lines are heterozygous. 6 cultivars out of the 8 AMN derivatives showed the new complex translocation with a percentage of 75%? One cultivar was proved to be exclusively 1BL·1RS and another one showed regular chromosome constitution. In conclusions, the new wheatrye complex translocation not only can readily transmit to its derivatives but also show even higher transmission rate than that of 1BL·1RS.
