摘要
在简要分析了以前的供应链库存管理技术的基础上 ,详细介绍了CPFR模型及其步骤流程图 ,并结合一个案例阐述了CPFR能有效地处理合作伙伴间的预测异常的特点。
Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment(CPFR) is a new inventory management model. It gives the detailed analysis of CPFR model and its flow diagram after a brief account of former inventory management technologies. With a case study it shows the CPFR's ability to efficiently resolve forecast exceptions. And finally it introduces the status quo of research development of CPFR and the coming inventory management technology.
