摘要
分析了含有 β Nb粒子的 Ni Ti Nb基形状记忆合金的临界屈服应力 ,研究了合金化元素对其临界屈服应力的影响。结果表明 ,Ni Ti Nb基形状记忆合金的临界屈服应力可用 Tresca屈服准则描述 ,其 ΔσTrans ΔT值应低于二元 Ni Ti合金 ,这一理论分析与实验结果一致 ;V的微量加入能有效提高 Ni Ti Nb记忆合金的临界屈服应力。
The critical yield stress of NiTiNbbase shape memory alloy with βNb particles was analysed and the effect of Vanadium on the critical yield stress was studied.The results show that the critical yield stress of NiTiNbbase shape memory alloy can be described by Tresca yield criterion and has lower Δσ Trans ΔT compared with NiTi binary alloy ,which agrees with the experimental results.Adding trace Vanadium to NiTiNb alloy can raise the critical yield stress of it effectively.
