摘要
较系统地描述了我国目前森林与草原的破坏 ,生物多样性的丧失以及频发的自然灾害等情况。指出生态环境资源是我国可持续发展的基础。
This paper systematically describes the current situation of the destroy of forest and grassland,the reduction of biological varieties and the high frequency of natural disasters.It is demonstrated that eco environmental resources are the fundamental conditions for sastainable development.
