摘要
介绍管壳式换热器运行与维护课件的功能及开发过程，分析了在开发过程中几个主要技术性问题，阐述了笔者所采取的措施．
In this paper the main functions and the development process of the courseware are introduced. Some main technical problems are analyzed. At the same time some handling measures are recommended.
