摘要
新产品研发流程是企业的核心业务流程之一。广义的新产品研发包括了研发与现有产品完全不同的新产品和对现有产品的改进。后一种研发是企业经常进行的。通过对新产品研发流程的再造和组织结构的调整来提高研发流程对不同研发任务的适应性 。
New product research & development process (R&D) is one of the core business processes of enterprises. Generally speaking, new product development involves the research and development of completely new products and the improvement of existing products. Nowadays it is quite common among enterprises to exercise the latter. By reengineering the new product R&D process and adjusting the structure of the organization, the adaptability of R&D process can be increased for different R&D tasks, thus to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.
