摘要
本文从石榴、山楂的保健功能和营养成分角度出发 ,按一定比例进行复合 ,生产出营养保健功能较强的复合型石榴山楂饮料。该饮料色泽鲜红 ,酸甜可口 ,特别适于老年及少年儿童饮用。
In this paper,a health beverage has been made from pomegranate and haw by certain proportion from the view of nutrition and health function.The beverage is fit to drink ,especially for the old and young .
