摘要
使用Kier指数的 0阶项 (0 Xv)、1阶项 (1Xv)分别与 1 5种酚类化合物的色谱保留指数 (I)关联 ,其相关系数分别为 0 9765,0 9582 ,均优于Wiener指数的 0 94 91 ;I与1Xv 及取代基距离指数S相拟合的复相关系数R为0 991 2 ,优于文献的研究结果 .
The quatitative structure-retention relationship (QSRR) were studied for chromatographic retention index ( I ) of 15 phenols with Kier's indices ( 0X v and 1X v ). Satisfactory equation was developed as follow: I=940.734+153.311 1X v+19.475S,r=0.991 2,S=12.298. The estimated results were better than the reference method.
