摘要
目的 :为了探讨及早改善截瘫患者排尿障碍的治疗方法。方法 :选任、督经脉的命门、腰阳关、曲骨、气海等与足太阳膀胱经背腰部腧穴和相应夹脊穴 ,针灸治疗本病 13例 ,结合FIM和Bathel指数记分法评定。结果 :获得 84 6 %的愈显率。结论 :及早用针灸治疗创伤性排尿障碍可获得显著疗效。
Purpose To study on therapeuric methods of urination disorder in the paraplegic patient.Methods Thirteen patients were treated with acupuncture at Mingmen(GV 4),Yaoyanguan(GV 3),Qugu(CV 2),Qihai(CV 6) on the Conception Vessel Meridian and Governor Vessel Meridian,and acupoints of the dorsolumbar part on the Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot Taiyang and corresponding Jiaji points,and the therapeutic effect was assessed by FIM and Bathel indexes.Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 84 6%.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a better therapeutic effect for traumatic urination disorder. [
