摘要
本文报道了草酸作为沉淀剂并添加表面活性剂合成了纳米晶Y2 O3:Eu3 +的方法 ,其一次粒径为15~ 19nm。对样品的激发光谱、发射光谱及色坐标的测定结果表明 :与微米晶比较该纳米晶的发射光谱发生明显蓝移 ,激发光谱未见明显变化 ,猝灭浓度明显提高。荧光粉色坐标x =0 6 479,y =0 344 2 。
Nano Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ was synthesized with oxalic acid as precipitate agent while adding little surfactant controlling the condition of the reaction.We obtained nanoscale powder.The particle diameter was 15—19 nm.The agglomerate size was less 1 0 μm.Compared with the ordinary powder of Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ ,the peak of emission spectrum of nano Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ is at λ em =612 nm under 254 nm excitation,blue shift 6 nm.Excitation spectrum has no difference.The phosphor was measured by PMS 3 chromatic detector and its luminescent chromatic coordinate parameters were x =0 647 9, y =0 344 2.The quenching concentration increases from micro Y 2O 3:Eu 3+ ′s 6% to 9% and the intensity of luminescence increases with the grain size growing.
