摘要
用红外光谱法对基于 4,4′ 二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 (MDI)、乙二胺 (ED)和聚己二酸丁二醇酯 (PBA)(分子量分别为 1975和 12 2 8)的嵌段聚脲氨酯 (PUU)弹性体进行了研究。首先归属了PUU的红外吸收谱带 ,并对前人已经归属过的 16 0 0、1317、15 2 0和 12 30cm-1谱带提出了新的看法。氘化和变温技术的使用为上述红外谱带的归属和氢键化研究提供了可靠的理论依据。研究结果表明氢键化主要发生在硬段聚集区中 ,少量的氢键在软、硬段之间的界面上形成 。
The studies segmented polyester polyurethaneurea (PUU) elastomers based on 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MIDI), ethylene diamine (ED) and polybutylene adipate(PBA) (M. W. 1975 and M. W. 1228) were studied by means of IR spectrascopy. The major IR bands of PUU were first assigned and the views were proposed for the bands at 1600,1 317,1 520 and 1 230 cm(-1) assigned by other authors. The reliable theoretical basis for the assignments of IR bands and the studies of hydrogen bonding in these elastomers has been proposed by use of deuteration and varying temperature. The results indicated that substantial hydrogen bonding mainly occurred in the aggregate region of hard segments, a small amount of hydrogen bonding can be formed at the interface between the soft and hard segments. It can be concluded from this work that the studied PUU materials were phase segregation.
