摘要
西伯利亚杏、普通杏及东北杏的花粉扫描电镜研究表明,西伯利亚吉和普通杏的花粉相似。西伯利亚杏花粉稍大,表面纹饰网纹比普通杏粗糙;与东北杏相比,西伯利亚杏花粉没有东北杏花粉大,且极赤比大于东北杏。因而可知普通杏与西伯利亚杏处于非常相近的进化阶段,普通杏稍进化于西伯利亚杏,东北杏比前二者都原始。进一步的同工酶研究也证明了这一点。
The pollens of Prunus sibirica Linn> Prunus armeniaca Linn and Prunus mandshurica Koehne were studied under electronic microscope. The results iridicated'that the pollens of Prunus sibrica Linn Is similar to that of Prunus armeniaca Linhs the pollens of the former are bigger and rougher than that of the latter, but smaller and thinner than that of Prunus mandshurics Koehne. evolutive than Prunus sibirca Linn while Prunus sibirica Linn more evolutive than Prunus mandshurica Koehne.
