The material's stress-strain relationship is obtained by analyzing the stress-strain curves of 214Cr1Mo steel and its welded joint under atmospheric temperature and high temperature. Based on the elastic and plastic finite element method and EPRI engineering assessment method, the failure assessment curves(FAC) of 214Cr1Mo steel and its welded joint are drawn. At the same time the results are compared with R6 curve. This work supplies the technological support with the defect assessment of 214Cr1Mo steel and its welded joint.
