摘要
对银杏叶提取物、花粉及雄株小孢子叶球中有效成份进行了 HPL C法测定 .结果表明 ,银杏叶提取物中总内酯含量为 6 .4 7%(W/ W) ,总黄酮含量为 2 8.2 2 %(W/ W) ;花粉中总黄酮含量为1.6 4 %(W/ W) ,主要甙元为山奈酚 ;银杏雄株小孢子叶球 (去花粉 )中总黄酮含量为 0 .35 %(W/ W) ;
The analytical technique of HPLC has been developed for the determination of Ginkgo biloba L . related products. The experimental results showed that the tested sample of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) of contained 6.47% ( w/w ) of ginkolide and 28.22% ( w/w ) of flavonol glycoside. And 1.64% ( w/w ) of flavonol glycoside, mainly kaempferol, was found in a pollen sample. In a sample of microspore leafball of male, 0.35%( w/w ) of flavonol glycoside was determined and no ginkolide in the pollen sample and leafball sample was found.
