荣格——梅叶尔的个性理论与素质教育

摘要 素质教育强调在学生个性基础上适性施教、各尽其才 ,把现代个性理论纳入到学校教育。在众多个性研究中对素质教育影响大的是荣格—梅叶尔的性格说 ,它研究了人的心理趋向、个性类型 ,讨论了学生个性在课堂教学环境的一般心理行为表现、个性对师生关系的影响。 Quality education emphasizes the teaching of the students in accordance with their aptitudes with the involvement of modern personality theory.Of the researches on personality,Jung & Myers theory is important,which approaches to human psychological apititude,types of personality, behavior representation, the influence on the relationship between students and teachers as well as the relationship between personality and teaching methods.
