摘要
采用隐式三次多项式拟合了 R2 2主要替代工质 R41 0 A和 R40 7C的热力性质 ,给出了形式统一的制冷剂热力性质简化模型 ,分析了隐式拟合过程中出现的分岔问题并提出了解决方法 ,从而进一步完善了模型的一致性和稳定性 .与参考模型比较 ,该模型在饱和区的相对误差绝对值的最大值为 0 .1 9%、平均误差为 0 .0 7% ,在过热区的相对误差绝对值的最大值为 0 .6 1 %、平均误差为0 .1 8% ,计算速度平均提高一个数量级 ,适用于基于计算机辅助设计的产品设计和优化计算 .
An implicit curve-fitting method was established to simplify the evaluation of thermal properties of refrigerants. A kind of implicit cubic polynomial was used for the curve-fitting of thermal properties of refrigerants R410A and R407C, which are known as two main substitutes of the phase-out refrigerant R22. The simplified models of thermal properties are consistent in the form so that they are easily carried out with any algorithmic language. Meanwhile, the bifurcation phenomenon that occurs in the root locus of implicit cubic polynomials is avoided. The absolute stability of computation can be obtained. The reference models from DuPont were used as the data source for the curve-fitting and the verification of the simplified models. Compared with the reference ones, the simplified modes has the maximum relative error 0.19% and the average relative error 0.07% for saturation properties, the maximum relative error 0.61% and the average relative error 0.18% for the super-heating gas. In addition, the computation speed of the present models is about one order of magnitude higher than that of the reference ones.
