摘要
在沈阳市商品房价格现状和商品房价格影响因素分析的基础上 ,根据沈阳市历年平均价格水平和沈阳市居民收入水平的发展变化 ,利用直线趋势法和一元线性回归法对沈阳市未来 5—1 0年商品房价格变化作出预测 .
On the basis of the present situation of the prices of commercial houses in Shenyang city and the analysis of the price influencing factors, according to price level of the commercial houses in Shenyang city and the citizens income, by linear tendency and linear regression method, the prices of commercial houses in 5 and 10 years are predicted.
