摘要
农业现代化并不只意味着技术变革或技术创新，实现农业现代化也需要制度变革或创新。许多人对农业现代化概念的认识仅仅局限于相关的技术变革或创新，而对所必需的制度变革或创新认识不足。许多地方恰恰是因为制度变革或创新不力或滞后，影响了农业现代化的进程。
The modernization of agriculture means not only the technological variance or a simple innovation but also the system－ innovation. When considering the modernization of agriculture, many people only care the related technological variance or innovation but not the necessary system－ innovation. However in many cases, it is the lack of the system－ innovation that obstructs the process of agriculture－ modernization.
