总结了土地利用总体规划修编 (编制 )成果中存在的种种局限 ,从行业标准、法律、规划机构和人员素质等方面分析了原因 ;
In the paper the authors summarized the limitations of landuse integrated planning compilation achievements,and tried to find the reasons through the analysis on trade standards,law,planning institution,as well as personnel qualities.In the end,some suggestions on improving the planning authorities and knowledge in the final achievements,as well as strengthening planning administrition are given administration.
