摘要
为探讨梅花母鹿妊娠期精料补充料适宜能量浓度与蛋白质水平 ,采用 2 (CP)× 2 (GE)二因子试验设计 ,选用妊娠期经产母鹿 47头 ,分为 4个试验组 ,进行了饲养试验和消化试验。试验结果表明 ,妊娠中期精料补充料较适宜的蛋白质水平为 1 6 .6 %(CP)、能量浓度为 1 6 .7MJ/kg(GE) ,妊娠后期分别为 2 0 .3% (CP)和 1 7.1 1MJ/kg(GE) ;为保证胎儿正常生长发育的营养需要 ,妊娠中期每头鹿每天需要供给可消化蛋白质 85~ 90 g、可消化能 1 4.35MJ,妊娠后期需可消化蛋白质 1 40~ 1 45 g、可消化能 1 4.43MJ。
In order to estimate the optimal dietary energy concentration and crude protein level during the gestation period for female sika deer,feeding and digestion trials were conducted with 47 female deer at this time.The deer were randomly assigned to 4 groups.The results showed that:(1)the optimal energy concentration and crude protein level in concentrated feed were 16.7MJ/kg GE and 16.6%CP respectively at the middle stage of a gestation period.(2)the optimal energy concentration and crude protein level in concentrated feed were 17.11MJ/kg GE and 20.3%CP respectively at the anaphase of a gestation period.(3)the daily requirements of digestible energy and digestible crude protein per deer were 14.35 MJ and 85~90g respectively at the middle stage of a gestation period.(4)the daily requirements of digestible energy and digestible crude protein per deer were 14.43 MJ and 140~145g respectively at the anaphase of a gestation period for female sika deer.
