摘要 以聚烯烃弹性体 (POE ,乙烯 辛烯共聚物 )为PP的增韧性剂 ,利用转矩流变仪、差示量热扫描(DSC)及力学性能测试方法 ,比较研究了PP/POE及PP/EPDM共混物的加工性能、结晶性能及力学性能 ;结果表明 ,POE在加工性、改性效果等方面比EPDM更具优势。还探讨了POE用量对PP/CaCO3/POE复合体系力学性能的影响 ,POE的加入使PP/CaCO3的缺口冲击强度大幅度提高 ,而拉伸强度、弯曲强度及模量均有下降 ,但即使加入 15wt%POE时 。 The polyolefin elastomer (POE,ethylene octene copolymer) was used as the impact modifier for PP in this paper.The processability,crystallizing behavior and mechanical properties of PP/POE and PP/EPDM blends were analyzed comparitively by Torque Rheometer,Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and mechanical test respectively.The results showed that POE was superior to EPDM on processability and toughening effect.The effects of POE content on the mechanical properties of the PP/POE/CaCO 3 composites were also studied.When adding POE,the notched impact strength of PP/CaCO 3 blends was improved dramatically,while the tensile strength,flexible strength and modulus were reduced.However,the flexible modulus of the composite was still close to that of PP even if 15wt% POE was added.
