摘要
本文利用边界元法对锥阀流场进行了数值解析,得到了速度场和边界压强分布。上流阀腔和下流阀腔都有一个从入流到出流的主流部分和局部的旋转流动部分。压强P、附加正应力P_n、粘性切应力τ都对阀芯产生一个流动力的作用,其中,就本文例而言,P的作用最大,P_n的作用最小,其合力的方向趋于使阀芯关闭。
Aboundary method is utilized to do the numerical analysis for the flow field of a converged flow poppet valve in this paper. The velocity field and the pressure profile on the boundary are obtained. Both cavities of the upstream and downstream have a main flow from the inlet to outlet and a local rotation flow. Integration of the pressure P additonal normal stress P. and viscous shearing stress τ give a flow force to the poppet and among them the P has the biggest effect and the P_n is the smallest one. The direction of the composed force tends to close the poppet in the case investigated.
