摘要
本文从 2 1世纪大学图书馆面临的新形势 ,大学图书馆的角色定位 ,大学图书馆的信息资源建设、信息服务、管理模式以及人员素质等方面 ,探讨 2 1世纪大学图书馆的使命和地位 ,面临的机遇和挑战 ,以唤起人们对图书馆事业的关注 。
From the perspective of library's environment,role defintion,collection development,information services,management and librarian competence,this paper discusses the mission and status,challenges and opportunities of university libraries in the 21 st century.The purpose of this article is to call for societal support for the shared mission of libraries.
