摘要
目的 了解在电化学杀菌过程中不同的电解电极对饮用水副产物三氯甲烷 (CHCl3)的影响。方法 以石墨、Ti(基 ) Ti为电极 ,对采集的滤后水 (三层滤料快滤池后、投放液氯前 )在不同槽电流密度 ,不同电解时间的情况下的CHCl3 产生情况进行研究。结果 采用Ti(基 ) Ti电极的间歇电解过程中产生的CHCl3 比采用石墨电极时的多 ,且电流密度越大 ,产生的CHCl3 越多。随着电解时间的延长 ,CHCl3 的产生量不同 ,电解时间在 2 0min时CHCl3 的产生量最大。结论 在电化学法杀菌时应采用石墨电极 ,并且电流密度应在 1mA/cm2 以上 ,电解时间不宜超过 10min。
Objective To evaluate the effects of electrodes on the production situation and the by product CHCl 3 produced in the electrochemical disinfection processes.Method Taking filtering water,the graphite and Ti(matrix) Ti are used as electrodes,adjusting the current analyzing sample in different time,under different the production of CHCl 3 conditions are reviewed.Results The results show that the production of CHCl 3 in the electrolysis used Ti(matrix) Ti is more than that used the graphite.The more the current,the more the production of CHCl 3.With the length of electrolysis time,the production of CHCl 3 increase,and it is the most production on 20 minutes.Conclusions In the electrochemical disinfection processes,we should use the graphite and the current should be under 1 mA/cm 2,the length of electrolysis is under 10 minutes.
