摘要
从提高轴流式风机的综合性能出发 ,运用气动设计原理——基元级进出口速度三角形 ,分析了风机叶片的扭曲原因和扭曲规律 .并运用工程图学的理论 ,重点对扭曲叶片进行了几何形状分析 ,在此基础上导出了叶片的数学表达式 ,为叶片的精确设计及制造提供理论依据 .
To improve synthetical function of axial-flow fan, the cause and law for blade twisting are analyzed by using pneumatic design principle——entrance/exit speed triangle of elementary stage. The analysis of geometric shape for twisted blate is carried out by using the theory of graphics for engineering. On this basis the equation of the blade has been formulated, which provides the thoeretical basis for accurate design and manufacture of the blade.
