摘要
:针对光纤干涉仪条纹的 CCD动态测量技术 ,分析了限制条纹最大允许移动速度的因素 ,提出了采用中值滤波提高信号处理速度的方法。在条纹移动速度成指数增长时 ,实验观察了条纹位移测量值的变化情况 ,并进行了中值滤波实验。结果表明 ,条纹的最大允许移动速度除受 CCD的场频和信号处理时间影响外 ,还与干涉仪使用的光源波长和光纤直径以及两光纤间的距离有关 ;中值滤波可以缩短信号处理时间 。
In view of CCD dynamic measurement technique for optic fiber interference fringe, the factors affecting maximal permissible movement speed of interference fringe are analyzed and a method for improving signal-processing speed with median filtering is proposed. When the movement speed of the fringe is increased exponentially, the variation of the fringe displacement measured value is observed and median filtering are carried out in experiments. The results show that the maximal permiissibel movement speed of interference fringe is not only affected by the field frequency of CCD and signal processing time, but also affected by wavelength of light source used in interferometer, diameter of optic fiber and the distance between two optic fibers. Median filtering can shorten signal-processing time and a better filtering effect can be achieved.
