摘要
本文通过对东中西部地区城市发展中土地资源的增量土地用地形式、土地资源配置形式等方面的比较分析发现 ,东中西部地区梯度推进的经济发展战略并不必然带来土地配置效率的改善的梯度发育 ,并通过实证研究验证了上述的观点 ,并给出了经济学的解释和相应的政策建议。
In the paper, it is not inevitable that steps development of efficiency improvement of land allocation will appear with steps development strategies among eastern, central and western China through comparing ratio of farmland in increasing land, transferring type of land in land market. These ideas also are tested by empirical studies. Finally, some explanations from economic points and policy implications are given.
