摘要
通过青菜盆栽实验等方法研究了运河 (杭州段 )底泥农田应用对作物的影响。发芽率测定表明 ,红壤和水稻土中添加底泥后青菜发芽率明显增高 ;盆栽实验表明 ,红壤和水稻土中底泥投放量低于600t·hm-2 时青菜长势较对照好 ,但底泥用量超过600t·hm-2 时则随底泥用量的增加而下降 ;青菜中重金属分析表明 ,红壤和水稻土中添加底泥后增加了青菜的重金属含量 ,但底泥用量达到1500t·hm-2 时青菜中Cu。
Effects of dredged from the Grand Canal (Hangzhou Section) on pakchoi were studied using pot experiments. The increasing of germinating rate of pakchoi as the amounts of applied enhanced to soils was observed in the germination index experiment. Application of the sediment to soil promoted the growth of pakchoi at dosage of less than 600 ton·hm-2. When the more was applied, the growth of pakchoi was inhibited. The concentrations of copper and zinc were both increased in pakchoi as the application rate of was enhanced, and the concentrations of the metals exceeded the Food Hygiene Standard if a dosage of above 1 500 ton·hm-2 was applied on the soil.
