高速公路建设是目前公路行业的主要任务 ,但高速公路的经营管理也是一项很重要的工作。在交通系统的机构改革中 ,加强高速公路管理已成为各级公路管理部门的重要工作 ,因此 ,高速公路建设和经营管理机制改革 ,应与公司化改革同时进行。
