摘要
计算机应用软件环境建设本质上是一个软件工程。用软件工程的方法进行规划和实施，可以使所建立的软件环境适应不断变化着的用户需求，提高软件开发、软件维护和软件管理的生产效率。本文论述了软件工程方法在上海天文台计算中心应用软件环境建设中的应用，重点论述需求分析、软件维护和软件管理的工作内容。
The establishment of application software environment can be considered as a software engineering. The application of software engineering at Shanghai Observatory is described. The user's requirement, the software maintenance and the software management are thethree main domains. They are empharized in this paper.
