拇趾屈肌腱及趾背腱膜的断面应用解剖 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :为解剖学及断趾再植提供拇趾屈肌腱和趾背腱膜的断面资料。方法 :用 2 4个福尔马林固定的成人拇趾 ,经组织学处理切片 ,用放大器进行观测。结果 :根据屈肌腱和趾背腱膜的形态 ,各分为三种类型。屈肌腱和趾背腱膜的截面积在 断面上最大 ,分别为 ( 1 6.5 0± 3.1 3) mm2和 ( 1 0 .32± 2 .5 0 ) mm2。结论 :对屈肌腱和趾背腱膜进行修复时 ,应注意它们不同断面的形态及面积变化。 Objective:To provide sectional information for anatomy and replantation of severed toes.Methods:The sections were made on great toe of 24 adults and observed under amplifier.Results:The sections of flexor tendon and digital aponeurosis were divided into 3 types inspectively depending on the morphology of them.The average sectional areas of flexor tendon and digital aponeurosis on section Ⅲ were largest.They were (16.50±3 13)mm 2 and (10.32±2 50)mm 2 respectively.Conclusion:Pay attention to the variation of the morphology and thichness of the flexor tendon and dorsal digital aponeurosis during the repair operation.
