载脂蛋白两种定标方法测定结果的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 比较研究了不同定标方式对测定结果的影响 ,结果表明不同定标方式对测定结果有非常显著影响。 1 0 8份血清样品载脂蛋白 A两点法定标测定结果为 0 .9872± 0 .0 594g/L,而同批样品用多点定标 ,并用多元回归确定标准曲线的测定结果为 1 .2 990± 0 .2 944g/L;载脂蛋白 B两点法定标测定结果为0 .71 93± 0 .1 1 66g/L,而同批样品用多点定标 ,并用多元回归确定标准曲线的测定结果为 0 .92 0 5±0 .1 596g/L。因此免疫比浊分析时 ,由于其免疫复合物所致浊度与待测样品中待测物浓度不能呈很好线性关系 ,所以不能简单的用两点法确定标准曲线 ,而需用多点定标 ,且测定结果用多元回归确定回归方程 ,据此方程用于浓度计算 ,才能获准确结果。 The effect of different calibration ways on Lipoprotein assay was researched.108 samples were measured for Lipoprotein A and Lipoprotein B.Using 2 point calibration,the Lipoprotein A and Lipoprotein B value were 0 987 2±0 059 4 g/L and 0 719 3±0 116 6 g/L respectively.Using 5 point calibration,the Lipoprotein A and Lipoprotein B value were 1 299 0±0 294 4 g/L and 0 920 5±0 159 6 g/L respectively.The results showed that different calibration ways result in a big effect on Lipoprotein assay.
