摘要
目的 :探讨心理疏导治疗强迫症的疗效观察。方法 :选择 87例门诊强迫症患者 ,随机分配成两组 ,研究组在药物治疗基础上加用心理疏导疗法 ,对照组单用药物治疗。结果 :1研究组和对照组在治疗前 Y-BOCS评分差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5) ,而治疗后研究组 Y- BOCS评分明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。 2临床疗效研究组痊愈 2 4例 ,显著进步 1 3例 ,进步 6例 ,显效率为 86% ;而对照组痊愈 9例 ,显暑进步 1 5例 ,进步1 4例 ,无效 6例 ,显效率为 54.5%。结论 :强迫症在药物治疗基础上进行心理疏导疗法 ,能更有效控制症状 ,改善预后 ,减少复发 ,疗效更加巩固。
Objective:To observe the effetc of psychological direction on obsessional neurosis.Methods:87 patients from outpatient department were classified into two groups randomly.In the control group,only drug therapy was used,while in the study group,psychological direction was added.Results :①No significant difference in the scores of Y BOCS was found between the two groups before treatment( P >0.05),but the score in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment( P <0.05).②In the study group 24 cases were cured,13 cases progressed significantly,and 6 cases progressed with overall effective rate of 86%,while in the control group 9 cured,15 progressed significantly,14 progressed,and 6 cases with on effect,with averaged effective rate of 54.5%.Conclusion:Psychological direction therapy based on the drug therapy could more effectively control symptoms,improve prognosis,reduce recurrence,and consolidate efficacy.
