摘要
本文提出了一种用两个场效应管实现的压控线性电阻电路。借助于该电路,在微分负阻单口电路的基础上实现了斜率可调压控微分负阻双口。理论分析与实验结果具有良好的吻合。
A voltage controlled linear resistor which consists of only two field-effect transistors(FET)is presented.Based on this resistor and the negative differen- tial resistor(NDR)one-port,the voltage controlled slope-adjustable NDR two ports are realized.Theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
