摘要
以中华猕猴桃与狗枣猕猴桃种间体细胞杂种无性系试管苗叶片为实验材料,分析了在20℃、10℃、4℃、0℃和-15℃温度处理下叶片细胞的可溶性蛋白质水平、超氧物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性的变化。进行聚类分析的结果表明:种间体细胞杂种无性系CK6和CK13的抗寒性趋向于中华猕猴桃,而无性系CK8和CK11趋向于狗枣猕猴桃。
Experiment was conducted with the leaves of in vitro shoots of interspecific somatic hybrids between Actinidia chinesis Planch.and A.kolomikta Maxim.and treated under 20℃、10℃、4℃、0℃ and -15℃ for certain timethen the levels of soluble protein superoxide dismutase and peroxidase were analysed for each clones.Results showed that the interspecific somatic hybrid clone CK6 and CK13 were similar to A.chinesis Planch.in term of the cold hardiness indexes and the CK11 and CK8 were near to A.kolomikta Maxim..
